This is a painting I did during a fabulous heat wave in Spring. I grabbed the chance to capture the bright, cheerful light, the wisteria in full bloom and a little garden chair facing the sun. I just love Spring, especially when the weather is good. I used an impressionist method of painting, applying dabs of colours, changing the colour constantly as I worked.
It's done using acrylics on canvas board measuring approx. 11x14". The painting comes without a frame to free up your own choice of framing and to reduce shipping costs.
